1. General Provisions & Professional Status

This website is owned and operated by Junaid Hassan (trading as Codoplex), a professional software developer registered with the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB). We provide premium extensions and advanced licensing for the Weebly apps and widgets.

Reseller Disclosure: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Nature of Service and Licensing

All software modules, apps, and plugins (the “Weebly Apps”) listed on this site are provided as Intellectual Property Licenses.

Single Site License: Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Weebly App on one (1) specific authorized Site ID and User ID.
Whitelisting & Activation: Activation of the software requires the Client to provide a valid Site ID and User ID. This information is used solely to authorize the technical service and ensure license compliance.
Subscription Plans: Recurring “Access” or “Maintenance” plans provide ongoing technical compatibility updates, support, and continued license authorization.

3. Usage Restrictions

Junaid Hassan (Codoplex) owns all intellectual property rights for the technical modules and materials. You are strictly prohibited from:

Sublicensing, renting, or leasing the technical modules to third parties.
Redistributing code, assets, or license keys outside of the authorized domain.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the licensing/whitelisting logic.

4. Technical Disclaimer & Compatibility

Environment: Our Weebly apps are designed for standard Weebly environments.
Third-Party Conflicts: While we strive for broad compatibility, we do not warrant that our apps will function perfectly with every third-party theme or plugin, especially those utilizing “fixed,” “sticky,” or “custom-coded” navigation and structural logic.
Editor vs. Live Site: Certain structural transformations (such as specific Weebly Blog layouts) are processed at the server level and may only be fully visible on the live published website.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Junaid Hassan (Codoplex) and its reseller (Paddle) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our technical services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service license in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, where the developer entity is registered. However, as the Merchant of Record, Paddle may apply additional jurisdictional rules (UK/Ireland) to the payment and taxation aspects of the transaction.
