1. General Provisions & Professional Status
By accessing this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Codoplex operates as a Professional Technical Consultancy and Software Licensing studio registered in Italy.
Tax Disclosure: Services are provided under the Regime Forfettario (Law 190/2014). Invoices are issued without VAT (IVA) pursuant to Art. 1, paragraphs 54 to 89. For transactions exceeding €77.47, a virtual stamp duty (imposta di bollo) of €2.00 will be applied to the final invoice.
2. Nature of Service and Licensing
All “Apps” or “Widgets” listed on this site are provided as Intellectual Property Licenses coupled with technical integration services.
- Single Site License: Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the technical module on one (1) specific Weebly Site ID.
- Whitelisting Service: Activation of the software requires the Client to provide a valid Weebly Site ID/URL. This information is used solely to authorize the professional service on the specified domain.
- Maintenance Subscriptions: Recurring “Whitelist Access” plans are professional maintenance agreements. They provide ongoing technical compatibility updates and portfolio access.
3. Usage Restrictions
Unless otherwise stated, Codoplex owns the intellectual property rights for all technical modules and materials. You must not:
- Sublicense, rent, or lease the technical modules to third parties.
- Redistribute code or assets outside of the authorized licensed domain.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the licensing or whitelisting logic.
4. Technical Disclaimer & Compatibility
Codoplex provides technical modules designed for the Weebly environment.
- Theme Compatibility: While our services are designed for standard environments, we do not warrant compatibility with third-party themes that utilize “fixed” or “sticky” navigation logic unless explicitly stated.
- Editor vs. Live Site: Certain structural transformations (such as the Multi Column Blog) are synchronized at the server level and may only be visible on the live published website, not within the internal Weebly editor.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codoplex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our technical services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service license in question.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and intellectual nature of the licenses provided, once a Site ID has been whitelisted and the service activated, we generally cannot issue refunds. For full details on specific cases, please visit our Refund Policy Page.
