Refund Policy

At Codoplex, we strive to ensure our technical modules perform as described. Because our services involve the delivery of digital licenses and server-side whitelisting, the following terms apply to all refund requests.

1. Eligibility for Refund

We provide a full refund (excluding third-party transaction processing fees) if our technical modules or services do not function as described in the official documentation or as demonstrated in our live previews, subject to the following technical verifications:

  • Technical Verification: Before a refund is issued, our support team must be given the opportunity to troubleshoot the integration on your specified Weebly Site ID to ensure the issue is not caused by third-party CSS conflicts or theme-specific restrictions.
  • 30-Day Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the initial service activation/purchase.

2. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

Certain professional services and license types are strictly non-refundable due to the nature of the digital access granted:

  • Bundled Services: The “Full Portfolio Technical License” (Codo Apps Bundle) and other bundled items are not eligible for refunds as they involve multi-module server whitelisting.
  • Discounted Licenses: Technical licenses acquired during promotional periods or via discount codes are non-refundable.
  • Third-Party Purchases: Codoplex cannot issue refunds for licenses or services acquired through the Weebly App Center directly or other third-party distributors. These must be handled through the respective platform’s billing system.
  • Proof of Transaction: No refund can be processed without a valid receipt or the specific Weebly Site ID associated with the transaction.

3. Processing Fees

Please note that transaction fees charged by payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Finom) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a request, please contact our technical support at info@codoplex.com with your:

  1. Order Number
  2. Target Weebly Site ID/URL
  3. A brief description of the technical discrepancy or failure.
